I've spent thirteen years in product management, marketing, and sales at growth-stage startups, optimising user experiences and diagnosing conversion funnels, and shipping multi-million-dollar product launches. I know how to look at a customer journey and see exactly where people drop off.

I've also spent twenty years as a student in the health and wellness space, investing tens of thousands of dollars in programs and certifications. That's why I'm so passionate about making sure good online education programs see the enrollment numbers they deserve. I know what it feels like to land on a certification page, try to find the pricing, get confused about pathways, and never return. What a missed opportunity.
